Z-Axis is a public access television program that supports local culture. If you have a video that reflects your local culture - perhaps a band, an editorial, a comedy sketch, an art film, or whatever, we will play your video on our program without charge. We favor videos made in the Charlotte area, but will accept videos or dv's from anywhere.
